Hello and welcome, I’m Cathy! My business, CT Properties Southcoast, focuses on the renovation of distressed
properties. It all started back in 2005 when the passing of my grandfather left me with his home of many years.
The quality of construction along with sentimental value encouraged me to revive the house and give it the TLC
it had been lacking for so long. The project instilled the passion and continues on today. With my creative ability
and a team of skilled craftsmen, concepts become reality. Bringing every home to today’s standards, while
embracing its original character through a love of craftsmanship and sometimes undoing what has previously
been done by going as far as recreating original moldings, is always the end goal for every project.
The passion goes beyond reviving homes and includes revitalizing, reusing or re-purposing everything from
turning doors into tables, floorboards that become picture frames or coat hooks and old work benches that are
completely transformed and refinished to find new life.
