This home is an example of what can happen when too many projects are taken on at the same time.
Well-intentioned but overwhelmed, left-unfinished projects were found in every corner of the property.
Fortunately much of what was done was overdone so structurally the house was great. Creating curb appeal
and an interior that was fit for the masses was the goal and with the existing open floor plan we were already
half way there. Much of the recent incomplete interior alterations had to be undone to provide the normalcy
buyers expect. The completed home became a great example of a great renovation and the type of home
people look to buy. Click the photos below to learn more about this home.
